Pastor Matt Flanders

Pastor Matt is the Senior Pastor and founder of LFC. He is passionate about teaching people the principles of God’s Word and as they implement those truth’s into their life, they begin to find that place he calls God’s best (Is. 1:19). Another thing he loves is being involved with mentoring and ministering to young people, especially athletes! He has done many chapels with the Creighton basketball team, he is the chaplain for the Missouri State football team and recently was privileged to minister at a chapel for the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA! 

Other things Matt enjoys are working out, playing basketball, eating and “hot-tubbing”! He also takes Iowa Football way too serious, but he doesn’t get quite as depressed when they lose as he used to. He also enjoys traveling when he has the opportunity to do so with his wife Aimee and only begotten son Jake. They love to see new cities and always make time to go see football stadiums and basketball arena’s.
